This policy is written for digital PDF guides and printable downloads, not physical products.

Digital products only

Solved This Week sells digital PDF guides, worksheets, checklists, and printable systems. We do not ship physical products, so there is no physical return address and nothing needs to be mailed back.

When to contact us

Use the contact page within 7 days of purchase if:

  • You cannot access the download after purchase
  • You received the wrong file
  • The file is damaged or will not open
  • You accidentally purchased the same guide twice
  • You believe there is another order issue we should review

How reviews work

Because digital files can be downloaded immediately, completed digital purchases are generally final. If there is an access, delivery, duplicate-purchase, or file-quality problem, we will review the order and either fix the issue, replace the file, or approve a refund when appropriate.

How to request help

Send a request through the contact page. Include your order number, the email used at checkout, the guide title, and a short description of the issue. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method.
